SUCCESSCOMPLETE: IMPLEMENTATION
In a standard implementation workshop, we will work with you to develop a suitable onboarding concept – we like to keep things “nice, quick and easy”. This workshop provides a reliable and transparent indication of the expected implementation costs. Depending on the project, implementation can then take place within 8 weeks.
DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT WE:
- Handle all project management tasks (scheduling, resource and cost management)
- Set up the master data interface between SAP SuccessFactors and our Digital Personnel File solution
- Set up three default roles (manager, employee, HR)
- Create a best-practice tab structure
- Transfer SAP SuccessFactors privileges
- Configure retention management settings (EU-GDPR)
