With the new Digital Personnel File, employees in the HR department are now able to handle around 730,000 documents through a single Dashboard – either from the comfort of their office chair, in their home office, or with a mobile device.
Any documents that are still required in paper form, such as contracts, which only become legally binding upon signature, can now be conveniently transferred into the system using the linked Scan Module.
