Business process outsourcing for the Digital Personnel File

If a company does not wish to invest in its own digital archiving system for its personnel files, it can opt for the BPO model (business process outsourcing) via a service provider.

Benefit from service providers
In collaboration with computing centers, aconso offers customers the opportunity to manage employee files in a centralized manner. As a result, absolutely no investments in IT infrastructure and IT expertise within the customer's company will be required. The digital personnel file archives are stored on the servers of the BPO service provider, who makes them available as Web-based personnel files to the human resources staff so that they can conveniently process them on their own PC.

Of course, as a full service option, the service provider also offers user support, administration and backup.
