Update: The aconso Digital Personnel File Version 3.0

Starting in January 2008, you can get the aconso Digital Personnel File in version 3.0. With the new version, our customers will have the opportunity to further optimize their processes in the HR department - with improved user friendliness.

With the new modules, aconso AG offers users a full text search across files and a file display directly out of business processes, e.g. SAP HR. With the automatic document filing function, the Office Connector now also allows the automatic replacement of preliminary documents such as unsigned contracts directly after scanning. Or human resources employees can use the late archiving function via a barcode. In addition, the human resources department can establish a group filing tray based on which the staff can access documents that are not assigned to any particular individual. The new "Favorites" function also allows direct access to the files that were used last.

These and other numerous innovations by the aconso developers will make it even easier for human resources staff to optimally manage the workflow in everyday HR work.
